Privacy policy
CAUSIVO LLC operates SkyOink. This policy covers the travel App, website, photo-book studio and order services. Contact support@causivo.ai for privacy requests.
Information used
Depending on the features you use, SkyOink processes account and device identifiers, photos and associated metadata you select for upload, trips and book documents, proofs, shipping and order details, support messages and service diagnostics. Location, camera and photo-library access are used for the requested travel and capture features with your device permissions.
Purpose
We use this information to provide weather and travel features, keep your account and projects available, create and preview books, calculate quotes, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent abuse and provide support. Your uploaded photos are private and are not a public feed.
Service providers
The App may use Google/Firebase services for diagnostics, analytics and advertising, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Apple or Google for sign-in and store purchases. Stripe processes physical-book payments; Gelato and its fulfillment/carrier providers receive the files and delivery information needed for a print order. Weather/map providers may receive information needed for the feature you request. Advertising consent and device privacy controls apply where required.
Payments and access
Payment providers process payment-card details. SkyOink stores the order and transaction references needed for reconciliation and support. Access to private book projects and uploaded assets is controlled by account/device ownership and time-limited asset links.
Retention
Project content is kept while needed to provide the requested service and account recovery. When deletion is requested, access is revoked and personal project/media deletion is processed through the service. Some transaction, fulfillment and audit records must remain for legal, accounting, dispute or security needs. Financial records do not disappear with an account.
Your choices
You can manage device permissions and advertising privacy preferences, request account deletion at /account/delete, and contact support for access, correction or export requests. Store subscription cancellation must be handled separately through Apple or Google.
International processing and updates
Service providers may process data in other countries to deliver the service. We publish changes to this policy here with an updated date. For questions about your information, email support@causivo.ai.
Photo storage
Unpaid drafts are kept for 7 days after your last edit. Delivered books are kept for 30 days after delivery. Server photos and print files are cleared when storage expires. Cleanup is paused during payment checks, printing, delivery and active support. Order and payment records are kept. Originals you keep on your own device are unaffected.
