Shipping and delivery
Shipping availability and costs are checked for your book and delivery address before you pay.
Supported destinations
Enter your delivery address to check the shipping methods available for the selected product. A country shown on the form does not guarantee every address can be served; a valid shipping quote is required.
Cost and timing
The shipping quote shows the cost and the fulfillment provider's delivery estimate. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by production, holidays, customs or carrier delays. We do not promise worldwide free shipping.
Correct address
Check the recipient name, postal code, phone number and complete address before paying. Address changes may require a new quote. After production or shipment starts, we may be unable to change the destination.
Tracking
When tracking becomes available, it appears in your order history. If a provider does not supply tracking for a method, contact support for the status. A missing tracking number does not mean the book has shipped.
Customs and issues
The checkout and quote describe applicable charges for the supported destination. Destination-specific customs requirements may affect delivery. Contact support@causivo.ai if a shipment is delayed, missing or damaged.
