Terms of service
SkyOink is operated by CAUSIVO LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Contact support@causivo.ai for account, order and product support.
Your account and content
Keep your sign-in information secure and upload only content you own or have permission to use. You retain ownership of your photos and text. You authorize SkyOink and the providers involved in your order to store, process and print that content to deliver and support the requested service.
Book review and approval
Review each page, photo crop, caption and cover before confirming your book. Confirmation freezes the approved print version. It does not mean payment has been received. The payment page and your order history show whether payment is confirmed.
Prices and payment
The book price and destination-based shipping quote are shown before checkout. Applicable taxes and the final amount are shown in the payment provider's checkout before you pay. Quotes expire and may need to be refreshed. Physical books use a separate checkout from digital App subscriptions.
Digital subscriptions
App subscriptions are billed and renewed by the store through which you purchased them. Manage cancellation or request a store refund through that store. Removing the App or deleting a SkyOink account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Production and delivery
A custom printed book proceeds to production after payment is confirmed and the approved print files are ready. Availability, shipping and delivery estimates depend on the destination and product. Read our shipping and refund policies before purchasing.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights, or attempt to access another customer's private projects. We may restrict access when needed to protect the service or comply with law.
Your rights and support
These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If there is a problem with your account, payment, book or shipment, contact support@causivo.ai with your order number. Changes to these terms will be dated and published here.
Photo storage
Unpaid drafts are kept for 7 days after your last edit. Delivered books are kept for 30 days after delivery. Server photos and print files are cleared when storage expires. Cleanup is paused during payment checks, printing, delivery and active support. Order and payment records are kept. Originals you keep on your own device are unaffected.
